Exporting documents

Exporting documents copies them to a location outside of the library. Options for the file names of the copies are configured by a system administrator.

To export documents:

1. Select one or more documents to export.
2. Right-click your selection, point to Tools, and select Export on the shortcut menu. The Export Document dialog box appears similar to the following figure.

3. Confirm or select the destination folder shown in Local path.
4. Select an option from Formatted file name and click OK. The documents are exported using the options you have selected.
